I always liked the drive-up service where I didn't even have to get out of the car but the last morning person they have hired refuses to do any of this. I have to get out and hand them six shirts. Before they would just open the door and get them for you. One day recently I took a large load in a basket and the employee started taking out each piece while I'm standing there holding a very heavy basket. In other words customer service has stopped.
Been using them for awhile now, just for my shirts. They are quick and everything is done well. Only complaint, they can't separate the shirts and do some heavy starch and others light starch . . . . very interesting. But they are close to the house and I like the service other than that.
