I AM GIVING THIS COMPANY ONE STAR BECAUSE I HAVE TO RATE SOMETHING IN ORDER TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. AS A SALES AGENT, IT IS CRUCIAL TO BE ABLE TO CONTACT INSURANCE COMPANIES. THIS COMPANY HAS A HORRIBLE HABIT OF NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE. WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF HAVING A BUSINESS PHONE IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO ANSWER IT DURING BUSINESS HOURS? IT IS RIDICULOUS AND SAD. THEY NEED TO GET A PLAN IN PLACE TO HAVE SOMEONE THERE TO ANSWER THE PHONE OR MAYBE THEY NEED TO GET TO WORK EARLIER SO THEY CAN BE SET UP FOR SUCCESS AT EXACTLY 9AM LIKE THEIR WEBSITE SAYS. MY CUSTOMER AND MYSELF HAVE HAD A DIFFICULT TIME GETTING IN CONTACT WITH THIS COMPANY. I AM NOT AT ALL PLEASED
