At the price my husband paid for the arrangement, I was shocked to see fake flowers in the arrangement. When I called the manager, she was adamant that "that's the way [they] usually do it", citing that my husband did not specify to the contrary. While one would generally assume that a florist would use fresh flowers, the manager maintained her resolve that customers should specify that they want fresh flowers from this local florist.
This flower shop has done work for me many many times over the years. I truly appreciate all of the times that they have contributed to my big life events. I always take her advice and they have never failed me.
