Went back to get hair line crack filled and repaired. Instead, it was a nightmare. During the procedure it was cracked into half and was told I will have to pull it out. A second opinion by another dentist I found by molar with a big hole in the middle and cracked in half. Guess what! The dental office is equipped up to date. Employees are friendly. Experience is but most essential!
My daughters and I recently became new patients of this facility after dissatisfaction with our previous provider. Our insurance does not offer many options in our immediate area, so I decided to search a little further from home. This dental office was listed in our network providers (five miles/fifteen minutes away) and it is outstanding. From the staff to the hygienists, to Dr. Park...they are wonderful. They were meticulous, friendly, and extremely personable. I am very happy we were able to switch to them.
I love these people! Such a great office! I started seeing Dr. Lavinder when she was located in Roanoke and followed her to Daleville I loved her so much. She is a great dentist and really makes you feel at ease. She also works hard with you to make sure no unnecessary procedures! Love them! I actually enjoy when I get to see my dentist now!
Coots, Ward, Cross has great dentists and dental technicians. Very friendly and helpful. They get you in quick and answer any questions you have. Would highly recommend them.
I initially requested an appointment with Dr.Lavinder based on the reviews and qualification. How ever for some unfortunate circumstances received an appointment with a younger dentist. He was very friendly eager and helpful. First tooth ache was recommended to be removed. I requested alternative and was treated with antibiotics so far it's doing fine. Shortly by accident cracked a molar.
